Virtual Personal Assistant?

PersonalAssistantFilter: Anyone used Timesvr?. So I don't particularly care for Tim Ferrrrissss (who does?), but do love the idea of having a virtual personal assistant. Has anyone used this service, and what do you think?

I haven't but there is an interesting and positive review here where they compare having a personal assistant, having an outsourced personal assistant (elance in India in this example) and using Timesvr. It's written by a guy who also outsourced his meals for $60 a week.
