What Are These Tiny Lumps In My Neck?

I have two small lumps near where my neck meets the base of my skull. What are they?

I recently noticed them. They are symmetrically located at a level just above my ear lobes, on both sides of my neck. Are they inflamed lymph nodes, or something else? I've just recently gotten over a sinus infection/cold.

Lou's (most likely) right. My SO had one for a few weeks after a sickness. Seems to be going around.

Yep. Good way to know if a cold is coming on (or just went).

Wait--are you sure it's not just your mastoid process?

Occipital lymph nodes. Labeled 1 on the second image on the right.
