Lilly Ledbetter's Fair Pay Pin

Where can I get a pin like Lilly Ledbetter's? She wore it to the White House signing ceremony for the Fair Pay Act today. It is of a woman in a suit with a red briefcase.

I bet you that was custom made for her. Find someone on Etsy who does similar work, and get them to make you one.
