Need to turn off Windows Live One Care Backup

How do I turn off windows live one care backup...

it keeps asking me to do backup but i have other method...

please advise..

when i go to settings and click back up tab and then click "configure backup".. it doesn't allow me to uncheck "turn on backup on this pc"
