Does anybody know what the strange derelict objects are in this video?

My friends were in Columbia when they shot this. I can relay questions to them pretty quickly if it's helpful in identifying these things.

That is hilarious! Surprisingly my house is not on Wikipedia either.

Where in Colombia is this? It could be plant starter bins. With the solar salination array idea I don't see any piping so if that was the case it would have been abandoned before being finished.
