How to make a gradual merge of two portraits?

Does anyone know where I could find a web service to do that photo transform trick where Person A (say Margaret Thatcher) becomes Person B (say Tony Blair), generating a number of progressive stills in between?

It's called Morphing. Not sure about web services (Morph Thing is the only one I found, and that doesn't seem to do the intermediate steps - plus the quality is awful).

Plenty of shareware products available though if you Google the term.

Thank you - I'll hold that as a fallback, and you have also improved my search terms. However, I'd still be grateful if anyone knows a web one off the top of their head.

The problem is that it cannot be totally automated. Before it can take place, usually a human has to go in and identify analogous keypoints in each picture. To really do it right, you have to draw in analogous lines (e.g. the shape of the jaw, the cheek bones.

I don't think you're going to find what you want, unless you're willing to pay for it.

Actually, Morph Thing above is plenty good enough for me - thanks a lot.
