Good quality, adult media pc recliner w/keyboard/mouse platform mount?

I'd like a recliner that is geared to a media PC and/or gaming PC.I need a keyboard/mouse tray on board and hopefully a cup holder (j/k).

The keyboard tray should be stable while typing, very adjustable and should be able to be shoved away while getting up. Spent a good 3 hrs. due dil w/only mediocre chairs to show for it. No floor/kid/bean bag models, please and thank you.

I found out that my vid card (ati 3850) in my bedroom can output hdmi (w/audio!) to my 42" screen in my living room so I bought this bluetooth keyboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823126008 and I'm now doing _almost_ everything I need from my suddenly uncomfortable recliner in the living room.

Almost but not all because the bluetooth keyboard locks up every 15-90 minutes for 3 seconds to 2 minutes (but I'm at 20 ft. w/a wall in between.) I can't really action game with it due to the touch pad, so extra space for a mouse on the keyboard tray would be ideal.

If not, I'll just take a great comfy recliner and make my own I guess.

My estimated price range is from 400 - `1200 or so...

Wasn 't this covered in Wired magazine several years ago? Or maybe on Slashdot.org. Sorry I can't be specific about the dates but I remember the pictures.

How about a Stressless Recliner with the optional personal table?

I sat in one of these in a furniture showroom once and promised myself that I would someday own one. They're kind of spendy, though.

For an inexpensive solution, you will need:

1) Two cheap end tables. These are $12.99 each at Ikea.

2) A drop-in cup holder.

3) A bed pillow.

4) A large cutting board.

Cut a hole in one table, 3-1/4 inch diameter. Drop in cup holder. Put this table on your right (assuming you're right-handed).

Then use second table on your left to hold pillow and cutting board on top with keyboard and mouse on top of cutting board.

When you're sitting in your chair, pillow, cutting board, etc is in your lap. When getting up, move pillow, board, etc to empty table on your left.
