Help me watch Federer live!

If all goes well, will Federer play in the first or second Australian open semi?

Asking for a friend:

I'm planning to attend a semifinal in the Australian Open. I want to see Federer but can't really figure out whether he will be in the 1st semifinal or the second one.

Possible lineups:
Federer vs Djokovic
Nadal vs Murray

Please point me to some future schedule based on possible lineups.

The 1st men's semi-final is Jan 29 at 7:30pm. The 2nd men's semi is Jan 30 at 3pm.

Knowing someone who works in scheduling at the US Open, I can tell you that while traditionally the #2 vs. whoever seeding goes first (meaning Federer's match), the players can dictate this closer to the time. For example, if one player has had a long 5 set match or is injured, their coaches/agents will often lobby for the later slot. So I doubt that you'll know until much closer to the actual date.
