Your favorite karaoke bar in NH/MA

Looking for the best karaoke bar in southern NH, Northern MA.

We've experienced Harry Karaoke at a couple different places but now we're looking for a new place to go. Somewhere along 93 between Andover and Manchester. Current music (unlike Harry's stuff) and a fun, laid back atmosphere. NOT a meat market.

I had one of my best karaoke experiences ever at The Tiki Lau off of 495.

It was small, provinical, run down and unhip, but the locals were friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed and the drinks were cheap.

(Upon Googling, it appears to have changed its name to The New Tiki and to be under new management. So it might be different now than when I was there.)
