Fully digital ATSC tuners

What are some good recommendations for HDTV Tuners? (Not digital-analog converter boxes)

My dad is getting a rear projector and will need an ATSC Tuner.
Requirements include:
a working HDMI port (I'm looking at you, Samsung)
Dolby Digital Output (optical is fine)
Electronic Program Guide
Easy to use, standard IR remote (repeater will be used since it is behind the screen in another room)

HDTivo can do all this and more. OTA, optical audio, HDMI, and of course the best program guide/dvr software and the best remote in the category. It's certainly not a cheap option, though.
