real estate agent recommendations for toronto renters

Due to impending parenthood on the part of my roommates we're moving. Because we're still looking for a rental - and it's slightly complicated - a real estate agent would be helpful. Does anyone have any good recommendations for Toronto?

We currently live in a house - 3 bedrooms - but with the advent of a baby we're looking for something like two apartments in a house where they could have their own space and I could have my own space.

This would be the best case scenario so we thought we'd start there.

We're looking Bloor to St. Clair/Spadina to Dufferin basically.

Try Henry Bliss: when I was looking for a buyer's agent last year he was friendly and knowledgeable, and was recommended to me after serving as the buyer's agent for two of my (now happily moved) co-workers.
