Wich States use Voice Writing?

Which states allow court reporters to use Voice Writing? In states that do not allow it, are CART providers able to use Voice Writing?

Contact the National Center for State Courts, the Nat'l Court Reporters Association, and, possibly, the U.S. Court Reporters Association. I'd try the NCRA first, IMHO.
