Zapikanka?

Can anyone tell me how to make great Zapikanka? (snack from Poland)

When I was in Krakow briefly a few years back, I enjoyed a snack called Zapikanka. (I hope I've spelled it right.) It was a large slice of bread with mushrooms, cheese, some kind of sliced meat, and something like ketchup - but not exactly the same as ketchup.

I've tried to make it again but it's never been quite the same as back in Poland, does anyone know how to make an awesome Zapi? General info about the snack is hard to find online, so that would be appreciated as well.
