Question about a self help book.

I've been searching AskMeFi all day looking for a particular post and I've come up empty so far. A couple of months ago, a man posted a question about an abusive relationship he was in, &C, &C, &C. The content of his post was not particularly important, but one of the posters suggested a book for him to read. I have a friend who is also going through a similar divorce and I'm wondering if you could help me. The book was something like "it's time for me" or "it's all about me". I've Googled these titles and nothing substanial appeared so I know my mind is failing me. Could one of you brilliant MeFites be of any help?
