Where can I get a custom deck of cards printed?

Where can I get a custom deck of cards printed?

I´d like to print out a set of full color cards - printed both sides. There will probably be more than 52 cards in the deck. The size is irrelevant to a degree. I need a small print run, not more than, say, twenty decks.

Do you guys know of anyone who will print these cards for me cheaply?
I´m in San Francisco if that helps.

Maybe Moo cards will do something along the lines of what you want?

Mpix will do it, at 15 USD a set.
