Home Exchange Websites?

I am looking for recommendations on home exchange websites. I live in Venice, CA with a small 2-Bed house in a attractive, convenient neighborhood to the westside of LA.

We are looking to travel mostly on short, spontaneous weekend get-awasy in the US, but also want to use this service for longer European vactions as well.

There are so many exchange websites, and most, if not all, have fees. I figured there must be one or two that are better suited to my needs.

sabbaticalhomes.com has been used for exchange. The advantage is verifying if they are really faculty and their status.
