I'd like a complete, sequential list of the music in Michael Mann's film Heat.

I thought this might be too specific a question. But after this...

I'm trying to assemble a sort of "Esper Edition" of the Heat soundtrack. But I've been stymied by the lack of a complete, sequential list of the songs used.

I've consulted both this Wikipedia article and the IMDB sountrack listing. But I can't tell if the William Orbit songs are listed sequentially if they have no lyrics and I've never heard either of them before.

Have you read the thread(s) about the Heat: The Expanded Score bootleg in the IMDB.com forum for the movie?

Unfortunately, IMDB does not keep an archive of their forums -- a complete Heat soundtrack listing has been posted in that Heat forum in the past.

Response by poster: I'm making use of the Expanded version here. But it seems non-sequential.

I'll see if the Wayback Machine can dig up that forum post. Thanks for the tip.

Well, someone posted this IMDB thread url in our forum as having the Heat soundtrack listing:

http://imdb.com/title/tt0113277/board/thread/45146230

but I could not find it at IMDB or via the Wayback Machine.

Gary LeMel is listed as exec in charge of music, and he has a MySpace page. Perhaps a question there would help?
