XBOX 360 video player- randomly, no sound!

XBOX 360 video player - only video player! - randomly stops playing audio. WTF?
Ever since they added Netflix, and since downloading Connect360, I'm doing it all the time, and this weird problem has started- audio randomly stops. Then it won't start again until.. randomly. Sometimes the next day.
It's just the audio for the XBOX video player- the menu makes sounds, games play sound, DVDs play sound. But ANY video- streamed over Connect 360, through Netflix, or downloaded to the XBOX hard drive- no audio!

Response by poster: InsanePenguin- no, it's random. Sometimes I just come back the next day and it's OK again. I can turn on/off the 360 over and over and it won't do anything.

This is a bug in the new dashboard update related to HDMI audio. Here is a temporary fix.

That may be the issue, I don't use HDMI, so I don't know.

Does the problem stop if you reboot the 360?
