Where's this from?

This is my question. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

What is that phrase from? "There are many like it, but this one is mine." I keep hearing it and using it occasionally and I don't even know its origin. Is it from something specific or just a common phrase?

Isn't it from the gun-training courses for the army or something?

I first heard it as "this is my rifle. there are many others like it, but this one is mine," as part of the Rifleman's Creed. *I* first heard it in Full Metal Jacket, of course.

when used as a quote I think it's refrencing the boot camp sequence of Full Metal Jacket

It was used in the often-quoted, very quotable Full Metal Jacket, which certainly has something to do with its ubiquity.
