Where should we stay in Phnom Penh?

My girlfriend and I are arriving in Phnom Penh Monday morning (leaving from the US on Saturday), and we're looking for any personal recommendations on guesthouses. We don't need the cheapest of the cheap; anything with a private bathroom and hot water would suit us. Any suggestions?

The Paragon down by the river is good.

Calafornia 2 and Bright Lotus 1 Guest House are both pretty nice. Both have hot water, some AC rooms and private bathrooms.

BL has the bonus of being directly across the street from the National Museum.

Enjoy your stay and be careful crossing the street!
