Who should my dwarf be slaughtering?

I'm building my friend a diorama (for lack of a better word) for Christmas, and I need suggestions on models. I've picked out this pretty bad assed dwarf (please don't buy out the remaining stock, I need to order it tonight still). Now I need to find something suitably awesome for it to be fighting. Any suggestions you have would be awesome. I also need to find a kick butt female dwarf, but all the minis I've found so far are either 90% breast, or awfully bad looking.

Any suggestions are welcome, I would like to keep additional mini purchase below 25 bucks.
The dwarf should be 28MM, and I will be mounting everything on a 50mm base

He should be fighting a terrible menace, like this!

Response by poster: Steve Urkel is not the correct scale for my diorama, though he would look pretty awesome.

Female dwarfs are indistinguishable from male dwarfs.

Response by poster: Handy information for sure, but I don't know if that just pertains to Discworld dwarfs or all dwarfs.

Are you trying to stick to some canon or universe? Or is it supposed to be fun? If it's just fun, go to a toy shop with some idea of how large the dwarf is, and find something weird. Schleich are usually pretty nice (watch out for wonky eyes and other odd painting botch-ups), and probably set to a decent scale.

It seems that Glimli actually referred to female/male dwarven similarity in Two Towers. I don't think it refers specifically to Discworld. And as we all know, JRRT is THE authority on all things... um... dwarfish?

I think you should have your BA Dwarf fighting scale furniture. Or fish. Or orc/goblins which my husband and I call schneeples (for no good reason...)

How about a garden gnome?

Response by poster: Not sticking to any specific canon or universe, just wanted it sufficiently nerdily fantasy like.

The schleich are a good suggestion, if I can find like a bear in a mean enough pose.
