Upload YouTube videos from the terminal in Linux

Are there any programs for Linux to upload videos to YouTube from the terminal?

I found many utilities for Linux to download YouTube videos, but I didn't find anything to upload.

I'm trying to find such a program because I would like to upload videos directly from a remote server to YouTube, rather than having to download them to my computer then have to re-upload them again to YouTube.

If you're handy with programming, you could check out the YouTube Data API and roll your own.

Well, google finds this PHP script. Not quite command-line-ready, but it would let you hack something together
