Audio Stream Control

I need a better way to control my audio in Windows XP. Something like Pulse Audio, but without the hassle.

I'm also running something called MojoPac (a virtual desktop environment of sorts), if it makes a difference. I need to be able to direct it's, and other programs, to particular audio output devices and swap those around pretty much at will. Any ideas?

Haven't tested Pulse Audio, so I don't know how much hassle it is compared to Virtual Audio Cable.
