light dinner on Thanksgiving

Chapel Hill / Durham NC, we feasted in the early afternoon, can we get a light dinner somewhere around here?

Me, fiancé, and his parents had a great repast starting around 12:30 at the annual amazing Triangle Vegetarian Society dinner at Parizade. However, we're going to want something else to eat around 5:30.

We can probably cook something, but can anyone recommend a restaurant that's definitely open tonight?

Places checked: California Pizza Kitchen (no answer to phone call); Red Lotus (no answer). Yes, two of us are vegetarian.

No ideas if they're open - you'll have to call, but all of these places have decent-to-good veg options:
- Sage Cafe (vegetarian)
- Lantern back room
- Southern Rail / The Station
- Carruburitos
- Talullas
- Spotted Dog
- Akai Hana (sushi)

Response by poster: Thanks, barnone. I have to say, though, at this point we're more interested in "is open" than in what cuisine is served, as long as it's not Waffle House or something. I think just about everything *is* closed, but hoped maybe someone would know of an exception.

Thank you!

Response by poster: We ended up eating at home after whipping up some rice, broccoli, and tofu. Thanks for trying!

Response by poster: By the way, the local S&K cafeteria (next to University Mall in case I got the name wrong) was the only place we found that was open. We decided to skip it, obviously.
