Cheap electronics in Taiwan

I'm going to Taiwan and am looking for places to find cheap electronics. Is there any equivalent of Tokyo's Akihabara?

Never been that way myself, but I was able to find this online:

Brief WCN link mentioning Chunghwa Rd., Kuanghua Market, and Hsimenting

Taipei travel site also recommending Kuanghua
