Hi All... Looking for this particular type of jacket/coat but they seem expensive and out of my current budget.. here is a pic of exactly what I am looking for... Slight variations will be fine... This one is tagged at $300.. I am looking around 100 and less.. Any suggestions

Another Example

Even a jacket like this is nice...

Hmm...I found this one at Gap.com but it is made of wool. I can't really tell what the fabric is for the one you chose as the example.

-Shouldn't be really heavy (winter-like)

This one is modern, comes in gray and stone, but doesn't have epaulets. Your link in your comment doesn't work. Good luck.

$166, but the closest I've seen.

Oh yikes sorry! They have a twill one for men with an inside pocket.

I dunno... That's looks just like the coat my grampa used to wear every day. I found one just like it in excellent condition at a second-hand store. The cut seems very retro to me - you might have some luck checking your local goodwill shops.

Go through this search at ShopStyle and see if anything else catches your eye. Check Urban Outfitters and Karmaloop. And eBay.

This is on sale at AX for $120.

This is $168 at Macy's - look for a coupon to bring it lower. This is $89 but has some differences to your request. This is $69 but the patches might be over the top.

You may want to check out some thrift shops. I've got a gorgeous wool coat that would be $250 new that I got for $5 at a thrift shop (add in dry cleaning, and it was $30 all together). You never know what you'll find and sometimes you'll strike gold!

go for the real deal, and get a field coat (which your pic strongly resembles) from a military surplus store
