Most affordable/reliable list hosting?

I need to move a technology-related discussion list with about 1500 members and 10-15 messages per day to a Mailman-hosted list service. The list was formerly hosted by a charitable person whose software didn't quite cut the mustard. What are the most affordable and reliable services on the Web for me?

Free wouldn't hurt at all. (Hey, I'm an optimist.)

I'm not aware of any free mailman hosts (not to say there isn't), but my host has a $5/month plan with mailman.

Dreamhost provides mailman free with all of their hosting plans.
