Microsoft USB 2.0 driver stack needed

I need the latest Microsoft USB 2.0 driver stack. Is there some place to download just the Microsoft USB 2.0 driver stack, without the entire service pack? Does MS have it on its website? Is a pirate copy floating around? I don't even know what it's called to search for it, if it's publicly available, behind a pay wall, or *only* available through the service packs?
