After the war

I'm looking for suggestions on good reading material concerning post-cold war international relations between Russia and the United States(1992 - Georgian Civil War). Any ideas?

I've seen the other questions on IR reading, but none seemed to be specific to this topic. I'm also highly interested in differing IR perspectives of the Georgian Civil War itself, if that makes sense. Thanks for any suggestions.
