Measure Twice, Email Once

Is there a plugin or AppleScript for Apple Mail that would popup a simple dialog box that says "Are you sure you want to send this message?" I send far too many messages that I probably would have edited (or scrapped) with 2 seconds of reflection (drunk or otherwise.) Not to mention all the times an itchy trigger finger fires off a message while forgetting the attachment. (i.e. please help save me from myself.)

Response by poster: GMail's 'Mail Goggles' feature is the closest I could find, but (a) it doesn't seem to work with Mail.app, and (b) I don't want to have to do math problems to send every email - yuck.

What I do, instead of pushing send on questionable emails, is click "save as draft". Then I close the window.

Next day if I still want to send, I just open the draft, reread, and send.

Best answer: If you have a password attached to your email account (ie, to send or download) you could have Mail.app forget it- then you would be prompted for it every time you send an email.
