It's a close-out/bargain store.

Obi's Swap Meet
819 Main St
Nashville, TN 37206
(615) 228-3137

Hours:
Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.

Or check your local thrift/goodwill store/consignment shop. I have always had good luck that way. Quality stuff at a bargain price.

you generally don't just buy a buckle-less strap, you buy a belt with a removable/replaceable buckle.

If you google "Removable buckle belt" or "replaceable buckle belt," lots of stuff will show up, i'm sure.

You can also go to a leather / leatherworking store [like Tandy's] and they will have buckleless belts. They're ostensibly for carving pretty patterns into, or whatever, but you don't have to do that if you don't want.
