Looks like Adium might with the help of a plugin.

I haven't used Adium with the plug-in, but I have to say it is very good and gets a general recommendation from me. I only use Skype for video chats, and I have no friends on MSN, so I don't know how to check the reliability for you.

Looking at the page, it does say it will use a browser window to display the other person, so it sounds a bit like a workaround than an elegant solution so far. If you can deal with that, I'm confident you'll like Adium for your regular usage.

Or, as an alternative, Yahoo messenger allows you to use webcams on and between Windows, Mac and Linux platforms.

I'd try the Adium plugin if I were you. Adium handles AIM, MSN, Yahoo, and Google Talk simultaneously, meaning you don't need several applications running.

Yeah, I'm a longtime Adium user for my regular instant messenging needs. I just recently got back in touch with some friends from Italy for the first time in several years, and I was hoping to chat with them face to face. They all seem to use MSN messenger, though, hence the inquiry!

Looks like I'll be trying to get aMSN to work. Thanks for the tips, guys!
