Learning Adobe Premiere Pro

Can anyone recommend a good third-party book (like the Dummies series) for Adobe Premiere Pro 7.0? My co-worker is not a nerd, I repeat, not a nerd.

He's trying to learn how to use the program and he has no background in video-editing software but he's willing to learn. At this point, he's looking at putting old video tape onto DVD into .mpeg to put on a website.

This book Premiere Pro 1.5 Studio techniques is extremely good but it may be more advanced than he is looking for.

The new Premiere Pro can be a little intimidating for beginners, it looks like he's already bought the program but Adobe has just come out with a consumer level program Premiere Elements
