How can I stay up to date on the latest election results while I'm away from my TV this evening?

I'm off to sporting event tonight. I leave in 45 minutes. Before then I want to know where I can go on my phone (Windows Mobile w/data plan) to get the latest election results as they come in this evening...

I have a twitter account if that helps...

Any ideas???
