Election parties in Paris?

I don't have the 50€ to attend the
gala Election party in Paris; what are my options?
So far, all I've heard of is the Americans Abroad for Obama party, which apparently is open to non-Americans (like me, Canuck that I am), costs 5€ and includes bagels at 3am — and a Sarah Palin piñata. It's at Palais Maillot, Porte de Maillot (1 subway line)
