How much does David Cameron earn annually?

The leader of the UK Conservative Party has criticised the BBC for paying its executives too much money. Which is a fair question. But does anyone know how much he gets paid a year? Is there anything already in the public domain?

His parliamentary salary as Leader of the Opposition? £131,172 according to this official publication: that's the MP salary plus the ministerial supplement. There are also allowances for travel, running an office, etc.

£132,317 in his role as MP and Leader of the Opposition.

He may also have other sources of income which should be on the Register of Members' Interests. Unless I'm reading it wrong, it looks like his only other recent income is from a book deal.

And according to this Mail article he comes from money, so he probably doesn't need to worry too much.

I linked to the Daily Mail. Ugh, ugh, ugh. Now I need to go and have a shower

Note that MPs are only required to declare outside earnings related to the provision of services as an MP, rather than estimated on the basis of work "arising" out of their membership of the House (which is much more difficult to assess).
There is no public record of how much either he or his wife inherited, nor is her (substantial) salary known.
