What is wrong with this man's skin and "male member"? Please look at these photos, all of them. Carefully. What happened to his skin? And the one picture that shows his, um..'male member"? What happened here?

It is from a website that shows photographs of very disturbing things, so please understand these photographs are disturbing.
I understand his putting the plastic bag over his head to get the so called rush, but look at his skin. And that one pic like I said that shows his, um..you know.
I am not joking around. This is a serious question about photographs from a website that some might say isn't to be considered worthy or the like. But I am mystified.
Discovered the website when was elsewhere online and the subject came up of interesting websites. Someone suggested that one. Having no idea was kind of website it was, I went to it. And I can't stop looking even though it is disturbing!
Thank you. ps please give it your best shot as to what happened to his skin and the other. Do you see blood soaked into his shirt? I do.

Response by poster: You know dunkadun, you may think the website is "fucked up" but I don't appreciate being called fucked up for asking a question about it and therefore referencing the photos. Please keep insulting comments to yourself. I didn't pay to join a site where I am going to be insulted. If you like belittling poster's questions, go elsewhere please.

Response by poster: I find it shocking and wierd that someone asks a legitimate question about a bizarre set of photos and rather than try to answer the question, the person is referred to as wierder than their post for defending themself against being bashed. I am not going to take your kind suggestion and see how AskMe works since I know how it works. You ask questions, you get answers. If you don't know an answers, you don't post insulting replies meant to humiliate. It is a bizarre set of photos which I why I have had to ask openly what the hell is going on in them. If you find all of this so wierd, move on.

I was unaware that rotten.com was thought to be an "interesting" website, though perhaps by the same folks that find goatse.cx to be "informative."
