Bonus - Semi-related Filter: I am a registered absentee voter (just confirmed this online) but I never received a absentee ballot. How can I vote?

Where are you located? Broadly, though, your local election officials ought to be able to answer this question. Where I live, that's the secretary of state's office. Googling '(location) voting' should be helpful.

Obama's "Vote for Change" site is a good place to start as well. They can link you up with sources of local voter information.

Oh, and if by some chance you can make to your normal polling place on the 4th after all, I'd assume that most localities would allow you to cast a provisional ballot. This would be counted later in the week following verification that you didn't actually cast an absentee ballot. (That's how it works where I am, anyway... YMMV)
