Men's suits in Vancouver Canada?

What is the best place to buy ready-to-wear or slightly altered men's business suits in Vancouver BC? Bonus points if the place sells both ready to wear and provides custom tailoring services at reasonable prices.

Sure it's a chain, but have you looked at Moore's? They have 14 locations in BC and have suits starting from $159.99. Not sure about Moore's in Canada, but at their sister stores (Men's Warehouse) in the US they can hem the slacks while you wait, or do full alterations and will re-alter for free if you gain or lose weight.
