Can anyone tell me what game this board is from?

That looks a lot like HeroQuest to me. Probably one of the expansions.

Yeah, it's almost certainly Hero Quest. Think it's even the original.

Yeah, it reminded me of Hero Quest too, but it's not the main game board.

Yep, another vote for Hero Quest. It's the floor tile arrangement, pattern, and color mostly; I don't recall much else about that game. It was difficult for an 8 year-old to set up.
