Which drive imaging utility creates files with the extensions 'dig' and 'bt'?

I have a drive image which I made with a freeware disk imaging uitility in 2005. I can't remember which utility it was. I have 2 files with extensions 'dig' - 55GB and 'bt' - 1 kB. The file with the 'bt' extension is not text and has a lot of nulls with the size of the drive. I've googled for these extensions but have been unsuccessful.

Can someone please point me to which utility was used to create this image?

Best answer: Is it DrvImageXP, according to a post toward the bottom of this page? Here is a download link. I haven't used it, but I think that should do it.

Ah, I guess it is called DrvImagerXP, not DrvImageXP.
