Where can I buy patio cushion covers?

Where should I look for reasonably priced replacement patio cushions, or even better replacement cushion covers?

I would have thought that this would be the time of clearance patio items, but replacing 6 picnic chair cushions, plus 2 chaises and 2 armchairs is looking like $500! Surely I can just by replacement covers somewhere? Solid colors preferred...

We bought ours at Orchard Supply Hardware, which annoyingly doesn't have an online catalog. The cushions we bought were classic green and white striped, cloth covered seat cushions, and they were a very reasonable $25/cushion. This was probably purchased in early spring, so it may be a seasonal item...however, now that we're into October, maybe you can find a patio store that is having an end of season sale?
