Locking down firefox in fedora

Fedora 9/Firefox Filter: So....Im trying to lock down the setting in firefox so that other users on the system cant change them. I cant find jack on how to do this. Help! Actually i did find something and it said to modify the firefox.cfg only problem is there is no firefox.cfg. Please help!

Sounds like you're looking for kiosk mode?
