Providence wireless data access?

Which cell phone provider has the best data access in Providence, RI?

I have been traveling to Providence RI for work recently and need to get a wireless data card for my laptop. Which provider will work best?

Verizon has been smoking for my phone there, but I don't do data on it.

I would say that in the northeast Verizon has a substantially better data network.
