Mac question: I love iCal for calendering, but hate its to-do functions because they don't sync with the categories in my Palm. Is there any way to use iCal for a calendar but manage to-dos with another program? Or do I have to move both my calendar and my tasks in Palm Desktop?

I have the same problem. I ended up just simplifying my todo lists, using fewer categories. I think you can configure hotsync so you use the palm desktop to sync your tasks and iCal to do events.

Why are all the google ads linking to stuff on Al-Qaeda?

My aunt has the same problem, and uses Palm Desktop for everything.

I list my to-do items as events on another calendar within iCal (different color code), so today from 1:00PM to 2:00PM I had an appointment with myself to schedule an appointment with the dentist. May not be the answer you were looking for, but it works for me.
