Help me find an annoying Flash animation from way back

In search of an annoying flash video in the early "style" of rathergood.com (e.g. viking kittens) It consisted of an annoying (probably) pitch shifted voice making a race car noise.

That's all I got.... my google fu has failed me. Bonus points for explaining how one would search for such a concept.

It's not a flash animation though, just a static image with sound.

Is this it? Though the one I originally remember was simply a picture of an F-1 car with the same sound track in the background.
