Looking for free, easy, and anonymous browser-based webcam recording websites for use with Mechanical Turk

I've been playing around Mechanical Turk lately and I'm looking for an easy web-based tool to let workers capture audio or video from their webcam. The catch? It needs to be free, easy, and anonymous, with no registration process.

There are a million websites that let you record audio and video from your webcam, but are there any that let you do it without registering? Mechanical Turk workers have very little time to complete tasks (under a minute), so can't be required to sign up for new services in the process.

Response by poster: Oh, and I'm already aware of the various options for rolling my own media server. With all the various Web 2.0 video startups out there, I'm hoping something like this already exists.
