How can I quickly and easily print an A3 sized Google map?

I have a pretty large monitor so I can use the Print Screen to get a good sized A4 Map that is relatively zoomed in. But I would really like to be able to print out A3 sized maps of a suitable zoom level for travelling around Cities. And ideally it would include the sightseeing destinations i've added to my 'My Maps'.

Obviously I could printscreen on 4 maps and then manually stich them together - but thats a bit annoying to do. Is there another easy way to do it?

Here's a play-by-play of the instructions:

Open Firefox and get the Screengrab add-on.
After installing Screengrab, restart Firefox.
Go to maps.google.com and find the area you want on a map.
Adjust the zoom to the desired level.
Click on Link in the upper right portion above the map.
Copy the contents of the lower text box.
Open a text editor and paste the text.
Change the values for "width" and "height" to the dimensions you want (in pixels.)
Go to File -> Save As... and select All Types in the "Save as Type" drop-down menu. Name the file with an HTML extension, e.g. MyBigArseMap.html and save it.
Open the shiny new .html file in Firefox. It may take awhile to load. Once loaded, you can adjust the zoom.
Click the Screengrab icon (lower right in Firefox browser window, in the status bar), select Save -> Complete Page/Frame, then save it.
Enjoy your awesome new BIG map!
