What store in the Bay Area has the best selection of graphic novels? I've done the Borders thing.

Run, don't walk, to Comic Relief in Berkeley, or Isotope in San Francisco.

Dark Carnival in Berkeley is a good bet too, but I'd also go with Comic Relief.
