Please identify this german song.

My wife and I have had a portion of this song stuck in our heads for years, since we heard it on the way up a mountain in Switzerland. What is it?

That might be hard, it's one of the all time classics when it comes to party / après-ski / beerfest violations of culture which has been covered by countless of more or less talented party / après-ski / beerfest bands and is on a lot of samplers :p

amazon.de lists a re-release from 2000, maybe that's the version.
